Warehouse 1.2 – VNA Concept Warehouse.

This warehouse could storage Total (1280 Pallets) due to We are adopting the very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Concept pallet Warehouse. The advantages are saving Space, build more rows of racking and can keep more pallets.

  • If Conventional type this warehouse only can have total of 5 Row & now VNA Concept can have total of 8 Row which addition 3 Row.
  • Increase total of (450) Pallet Compare Conventional type.

  • It using electric & full charge could move up to more than 8 Hours.
  • The width of the VNA forklift is about 1600 mm and the aisle only need 1800mm.


  • the front fork able to rotate 180° and it can move left-right side shifting without turning the body in other words it saves time as well.
  • Forklift equipped with 2 cameras – 1 camera to view at the bottom of the pallet for the driver to see whether the fork is correctly go into the pallet. The other camera is viewing at the front side of pallet, when the fork & mast reach at a high level, let say 3 meter high; it has difficulty to see the Parts number clearly on the pallet. So, from Camera the driver can see he is taking the correct part number or correct pallet.
  • This Forklift equipped with a note pad connect to Wi-Fi link with Warehouse network, operation team could send the pickup item by Wechat or call up the store person also link with ERP, store person can check QTY to the driver directly from system.
